Natural science Faculty has  been working as an independent faculty from its first foundation. There were founded economy faculty, mathematics and biology in its faculty. 34 of teachers are teaching students, one of them is doctor, professor, 6 candidate of science,6 senior teachers,21 assistants and 3 helping stuffs. The faculty prepares specials on the field of hydro technical building, geology and KKF development, hydrogeology, drawing, drawing and technological labor, chemistry and chemistry biology, who will work  at primary and high schools, scientific and projects institutes, expedition of geology, water power building, national and international organizations.

Nowadays there are studying 333 students, that 300 of them are day time learners   33 of them are home study leaners,35 of them are with the presidential quotes and 17 of them are from Sugd, Khatlon and other region.The faculty has 2 departments: Engineering and general chemistry department.In the development of scientific research workteachers of the faculty are working in the sphere of technological expence of energy, geology, hydro technical building and general chemistry.There were published 7 lesson books, 5 monographs, more than 19 patent, 65 manuals,  700 scientific articles.

The faculty consists of 4 scientific-learning laboratory of geology and chemistry, center of the informational system with all new equipments, which are used by  teachers and students.

Scientific presentation of students:

“Young chemists” “Young engineers” are working who always present at conferences and seminars with scientific actual topics. More than 20 graduators of this faculty are studying at day time and home study learning of postgraduate, master and PhD at national scientific institutes.

Since 2022 more than  2500 students have graduated this faculty and they are working in many prestige organization in the different field of agriculture. For the development of this faculty there are working assistant professors Khusravbekova Z, Elnazarov S, Imomnazarov B,Oliftaeva J, senior teachers Nazriev N,Saradbekov R,Karimov Z,Mirzoev T,Akimbekova KH and Ashurmamadov B. Doctor of biology science Ramikhudoev G was the first dean of the faculty from 1992 since 1996 and from 2001 till 2003 worked on this position.Then doctor of biology science professor Saboiev Salomatsho(1996-1998),(1998-2001) doctor of biology science Mamadrizokhonov A, 2003-2004,senior teacher Saradbekov Ravshanbek and 2006-2009 candidate of biology science assistant professor Navruzbekova Munira (2004-2006) and (2012-2015)candidate of chemistry science Imomnazarov Bulbul (2015-2022) worked as the dean of the faculty. From 2022 candidate  of agriculture science   Khusravbekova Z.G is working as the dean of the faculty.
