Department of Personnel, Employment and Special Affairs

Personnel policy is one of the most important areas of state activity and a component of national policy and plays a key role in the implementation of political, social, economic, and legal activities of the state.

Personnel Department at Khorog State University named after M. Nazarshoev, from the beginning of the establishment of the University, personnel activities from 1992 to 1997. Since 2020, the personnel department has improved its activities under the name of the Department of Personnel and Special Affairs, and in August 2022, in this context, it received the title of the Department of Personnel, Employment and Special Affairs.

The Department of Personnel, Employment, and Special Affairs is a sub-structure of the University and performs its activities in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan <<On Labor Protection>>, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan <<On Education>>, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan Tajikistan<<About higher professional education and professional education after the higher educational institution>>, Charter and Regulations of the state educational institution <<Khorug State University named after M. Nazarshoev>>, the regulation of the board and other normative legal documents. The board is responsible for the development, and implementation of the personnel policy and the organization of the work activities of the employees, and its head is subordinate only to the rector of the university.

The aforementioned documents define the main duties of the personnel department, work, and special tasks for the implementation of the personnel policy as follows: planning of personnel issues, development of regulations for filling positions and vacant jobs, the performance of professional duties of new employees, placement of administrative and scientific personnel, Pedagogical, technical, support staff, and educational and economic services, determination of professional requirements and compatibility, changes in personnel, selection of highly qualified personnel, preparation and submission of draft orders for the positions of professors, teachers, and leaders, at the same time, regulation of labor discipline.
